Definition
Date from when the action is relevant for the processing.
Use
When using start conditions with date rules, often actions are generated that are not relevant for processing until much later (such as printing the annual report at the end of the quarter). Usually, the action would have to be evaluated daily, until the start condition is truly fulfilled. Using the 'Relevant from' date, the action is resubmitted until the 'Relevant from' date is reached. Only then does the system try to process the action.
