Use
If you have connected a storage system using SAP ArchiveLink (for example, an optical archive) you can archive the SmartForms documents when processing. You can choose between the following possibilities:
- Output only
- Archive and output
- Archive only.
PPF provides the following output possibilities:
- Send e-mail
- Fax
- Print.
Dependencies
If you configured the store mode field to store documents, you must configure an object type and a document type for the documents in SAP ArchiveLink Customizing that are to be stored using the Post Processing Framework (PPF).
