Controls that when a change status for a variant has this status, it is effectively 'completed' for Engineering Change Management (ECM) purposes.

Dependencies

Before the change status for a variant can have a status for which this indicator is set, the system checks the object management record for the variant's change status in the assigned change master record.

• The change status of the variant can only be given this status if the current system status is defined as a previous status for the system status 'change released'.

  In this case, the object management record is automatically changed in the change master record; the system status is set to 'change released'.

• If this is not the case, the document info record cannot be given a status for which this indicator is set.
