Documentation
Definition
This indicator defines that the line balance, which you have maintained for the line network, should not be considered during the explosion. The system tries to find a line in the next hierarchy level, for which you have maintained a line balance and not set this indicator. The system then explodes this line balance.
Use
You must set this indicator for line networks when you have created line balances for the lines or groups of alternative lines belonging to the line network and wish to use these line balances for the explosion. It is also necessary to set the indicator if you have not created a line balance for the line network itself.
Example
A line network is composed of three lines: body shop, paintwork, and assembly. You have maintained a line balance each line. The system is to use the line balances for the three lines for the explosion. Set this indicator for the line network to make sure this is the case.
