Displays the start of the validity period for a line balance.
Use
By specifying a validity period, you make the line balance version active for this period. The active version defines the assignments of the activities to the line segments or jobs and thus also the work content.
Dependencies
The assignment also indirectly defines the assignment of the components. The system requires this component assignment to determine the supply areas and the exact requirements dates of the components. The system determines the supply areas and requirements dates when the Rapid planning matrix explodes the product variant structure.
