Definition
The Delete iPPE Production Version checkbox determines whether the production version is to be deleted integratively in the ERP system and in the SCM system.
Use
The status 'Initial' indicates that the production version is still valid for use in the ERP and SCM systems.
Status '1' indicates that the production version is marked for deletion. You can only set this status if the validity of the production version lies in the past. Production versions that have status '1' are no longer considered during planning.
Status '2' indicates that the planning version is no longer used in the SCM system. The production version can thus be deleted in the ERP and SCM systems.
Dependencies
The following status changes are allowed:
· Status 'Initial' to status '1'
· Status '1' to status 'Initial'
· Status '1' to status '2'
The following status changes are not allowed:
· Status '2' to status '1' or status 'Initial'
· Status 'Initial' to status '2'
A production version having status '2' is no longer transferred via Core Interface (CIF) to the SCM system.
