Definition
Internal key that represents the document status.
Use
A status network can be defined for each Dokumentart in which one or more predecessors are defined for a specific status. The user can display which entries (language-dependent) are currently possible in a given situation.
Dependencies
When a new status is set, the system checks whether the current status belongs to the defined predecessors.
The system runs an authorization check when a status is set.
