Definition

Defines the chronological relationship of two activities, that is, defines when the subsequent activity is to begin.

Use

You can choose between the following settings:

  • Start-Start relationship (0):

    The start of an activity depends on the start of another activity. Activity 1 cannot begin until activity 2 has started.

  • Start-End relationship (1):

    The start of an activity depends on the end of another activity. Activity 1 cannot begin until activity 2 has ended.

  • End-Start relationship (2):

    The simplest relationship between two activities. Activity 2 cannot begin until activity 1 ends.

  • End-End relationship (3):

    The end of an activity depends on the end of another activity. Activity 1 cannot end until activity 2 has ended.

Dependencies

This field is not offered in the line routing.

These entries are used to control the lead-time scheduling in the APO.
