Checks for all routing types

  • If at least one activity exists in the routing
  • If an operation has at least one activity
  • If an activity has at least one mode
  • If routing objects are used multiple times in a routing.

Checks for routings and SNP routings

  • If recursions occur in the relationships
  • If all activities are connected to one another through relationships
  • If redundancies occur when maintaining relationships between operations and activities in multi-level routings
  • If scheduling data is complete
  • If primary resources are specified that can be used in capacity requirements planning
  • If the capacity requirements are complete
  • If at least one mode of an activity can be automatically selected
  • If different change statuses of a mode do not have the same valid-from dates.

Checks for routings

  • If the linkage of modes using primary resources or mode ID is consistent for different change statuses at the mode
  • If scrap and reporting points only exist at the last production activity below operations
  • If only the first setup activity below an operation has a setup group or a setup key
  • If the following was selected for individual relationships below an operation:
    • Mode Linkage Using Primary Resources
    • Continuous Load
    • End-Start-Relationships
  • If SA assignments are complete and unique
  • If the object dependency is released
  • If, for CTM planning, only end-start relationships and mode linkages using primary resources exist.

Checks for SNP routings

  • If a maximum of one mode is maintained at the activity and no breaks are maintained for a CTM planning scenario.

Checks for CTM planning

  • If all activities form a sequence
  • If modes have the same change statuses
  • If no setup group and setup key were maintained
  • If no consumption times exist for the components
  • If output exists at the last production activity only.
