Documentation
Definition
Specifies the maximum time, an order can remain in this buffer.
Use
The retention period of an order does not generally depend on the balancing of a line, but on concrete situations on site. You can therefore specify a minimum and a maximum retention period in a buffer for an order.
Dependencies
In takt-based scheduling, the system observes the time period between the minimum and maximum retention period.
