Documentation
Definition
Specifies how many times the system starts to find a free resource for processing.
Use
Enter a number of attempts that the system has to start to find an available resource.
As soon as the system finds a free resource, this resource is assigned assigned to a process from the worklist.
Dependencies
Example
The number of attempts is identical to the splitting of the wait time - in equal segments.
If, for example, you split a wait time of 20 seconds into four time segments, the system will start a new attempt every five seconds. That gives four start attempts within the wait time.
