Definition of the sort sequence.

The fields specified here define the sort sequence for data selection from the logical database.

If you specify a sort sequence, employees are not sorted in ascending order by personnel number but according to the criteria you define.

You can define a maximum of seven sort criteria which must be specified in the following order:

• personnel area in front of the personnel subarea
• administrator group in front of the administrator
• employee group in front of the employee subgroup
• controlling area in front of the cost center
