You can use the sort types L(ast), F(irst) and E(very) for period-specific evaluations.
If an employee is in company code 01 in the first half of the month and in company code 02 in the second half, he appears in a monthly evaluation which is sorted by company code
- exactly once under company code 01 for type=F
- exactly once under company code 02 for type=L
- exactly once under company code 01 for type=E and
exactly once under company code 02
