Use

If you make an entry in this field, the employees are not sorted in ascending order by personnel number but according to the fields in the Organizational Assignment (0001) infotype. The header fields of infotypes are not used as sort criteria.

The sequence must be as follows:

• Personnel area before cost center

Procedure

You can enter up to seven fields of infotype structure P0001. Use / to separate the individual field names.

Make an entry in this field only if the report does not have its own sort function.

Examples

When you enter WERKS/SACHA/SNAME, the list is sorted in ascending order by:

• personnel area
• payroll administrator
• sortable employee names
