Definition
SAP personnel number the employee is assigned to in his sending country and which enables you to refer to the sending personnel number when handling global employees.
This field is only mandatory if you want to determine the compensation package items that are related not to the home but to the sending country, or for tracking purposes. Alternatively, you can select a value in the Sending Country field. This is the case when the personnel administration in the sending country is not an SAP system.
