SAP personnel number the employee is assigned to in his home country and which enables you to refer to the home personnel number when handling global employees.
This field is mandatory if the home personnel number is available in the SAP system. If not, select a value the Home Country field. This is the case when the personnel administration in the home country is not an SAP system.
