Definition
Refers to the duration of the assignment. Depending on whether it is a short- or long-term assignment, you can specify a duration either in days, months, or years. By doing so, you automatically determine the end date of the assignment and of the infotype record.
Note that if you enter a duration that does not correspond to the assignment type you have previously selected (for example one year for a short-term assignment), an error message is displayed.
