Documentation

Definition

Enables you to specify the status of the current document for follow-up purposes.

You can select one of the following statuses:

• Accepted
  The application has been accepted by the competent authorities.
• In Progress
  The application is still running.
• On Hold
  Additional information is required to round off the application process.
• Posted
  The document has been sent to the processor after approval by the competent authorities.
• Rejected
  The application has been rejected by the competent authorities.

Of course, you can add any document status required by the local authorities or your company in the relevant customizing step (Management of Global Employees > Assignment Preparation > Documents > Define Document Statuses).
