Definition
Country of which the assignee is citizen and to which the legal document you have previously selected is related. For passports, the country corresponds to the assignee's country of birth. For visa applications, however, it refers to the country that delivers the visa. The country should also remind the processor that he or she may have to undertake additional actions and plan extra time for the application.

Since there is no link between this field and the Nationality field in infotype Personal Data (0002), you should check your entries for consistency.
