Use

If you select a reference field, the monitor column is shown with the corresponding status.

If you do not select a reference field, the monitor column is not displayed.

Procedure

Examples

If, for example, you have selected desired start/end date as a reference field, the colors in the monitor column signify the following:

Color    Meaning

Green    Desired start date not yet reached.

Yellow    Desired start date reached,
    Desired end date not yet reached.

Red    Malfunction end date exceeded.

The notifications or items/tasks/activities flagged red are critical, and should be processed with highest priority.
