Definition
Number of days within the planning period on which persons must be available.
Use
- If you want to check availability, you must enter a value in this field.
- The planning days must fall within the planning period (but must not necessarily all be together).
Dependencies
- The default value proposed by the system is the number of days between the planning start date and the planning end date.
- The number of days specified must not exceed the number of days in the planning period (i.e. the number of days between the planning start date and the planning end date.
- A person is not considered to be available on a specific day if the day in question is defined as a non-working day, or if an absence (all absence types except breaks) has been entered for this person on the day in question.
