Examples
If the packing instruction is single-level, then the cumulated rounding quantity is simply the rounding quantity (no cumulation is required).
If the packing instruction is multi-level, then the cumulated rounding quantity equals the rounding quantity of the main packing instruction multiplied by the target quantity of each subordinate packing instruction.
