Definition
Displays the packing status of the handling unit.
Use
To enable packing status assignment, a packing instruction must be entered in the packing instruction field.
The packing status is determined via the packing status check profile.
In the check profile, you enter packing statuses for specific variances from the packing instruction. When you create an HU proposal, the system determines the check profile assigned to the packing instruction and assigns a packing status to the HU proposal according to this profile.
You cannot create an HU with status "Packing instruction violated" (red traffic light).
Hinweis
The packing status is only determined when a handling unit is created using an HU proposal. It is not updated if the HU is modified subsequently.
