Documentation
Definition
Specifies the quantity by which the packed quantity exceeds the quantity required for the schedule line or delivery.
Procedure
Examples
Dependencies
The overpacked quantity is calculated as follows:
Net packed quantity = gross packing quantity of schedule line - cumulated handling unit quantity
If the net packed quantity is negative, then the quantity of material that has been packed and assigned to the schedule line or delivery is more than is actually required. This results in an overpacked quantity.
If the net packed quantity is positive, then the quantity of material that has been packed and assigned to the schedule line or delivery is less than is actually required. This results in an packing requirement.
