Definition
Indicates if an employee is applicable to Hokensha/Santei evaluation based on annual average payment.
Use
The Santei/Geppen Evaluation (RPCSISJ0) report checks the following factors of an employee:
- If the number of payment days for a month is less than 15 for a part time employee.
- If the number of payment days for a month is less than 17 for a regular employee.
- If a payment reduction occurs during the month because of strikes.
- If compensation for layoff is made during the month.
If any one of them applies to the employee, the employee is not applicable for Hokensha/Santei evaluation based on annual average payment. Based on the results, the Santei/Geppen Evaluation (RPCSISJ0) report returns the following value:
- Y: Applicable
- N: Not applicable
