Use
Generate Time Off
When you select this radio button, the report generates the compensatory leave quotas for the selected employees according to his or her overtime hours in the specified period.
Display Eligibility of Time Off
When you select this radio button, the system display the leave types that the selected employees are allowed to take.
You can determine the leave types in Customizing for Payroll Japan, under Overtime Compensation -> Time Off from Overtime -> Define Allowed Hours of Time Off from Overtime.
Infotype 2010
You select this radio button when you record employees' overtime hours in the Employee Remuneration Information (2010) infotype. Then the report imports employees' infotype records for processing.
Time Evaluation Cluster (B2)
You select this radio button when you record employees' overtime hours by functions in component Time Management. Then the report imports employees' data saved in the time evaluation cluster table for processing.
Only Display Employees Eligible for Time Off Generation
When you select this checkbox, the reports' result is only relevant for the employees who have sufficient overtime hours during the specified period, and are eligible for time off generation.
Generate Batch Input Session Immediately
When you select this checkbox, the report generates a batch input session in background, which includes the compensatory leave quota information according to the selection criteria.
