Definition

Indicates that you would like to hide certain information that is related with employee's privacy on the generated result for printing.

Use

This checkbox is effective only for the employees whose annual income is over JPY 20,000,000.

When you select this checkbox, the system does not display the following information on the generated printout:

  • Taxable income amount after deduction
  • Total deduction and exemption amount
  • Special spouse deduction amount
  • Deduction amount for life insurance premiums
  • Deduction amount for casualty insurance premiums
  • Deduction amount for cred, aquis, of a house
  • Total income amount of spouse
  • Indivisual pension plan premiums amount
  • Long term casualty insurance premiums amount
  • Taxable income at previous employer
  • Social insurance at previous employer
  • Withholding income tax at previous employer
  • SYOUKIBO-KIGYOU-KYOUSAI
  • Social insurance adjustment
  • National pension (social insurance adjustment)

In addition, the following information is hidden in Tekiyo-ran:

  • Amounts related to previous employer
  • National pension
  • Housing deduction
