Definition
This field is used by both BUPA and VHI.
It indicates the name of the policy holder. It supplied on the VHI upload diskette and hardcopy from BUPA. This is not necessarily the employees name. For example, the an employees may pay the familys premiums through their payroll but the policy may be in their partners name.
