Definition
Indicates what percentage of the employee's adjusted base pay for pension after exemptions is used to calculate the employee's pension contribution.
Note
The percentage of the employee's adjusted base pay for pension after exemptions is the sum of the following components minus the pension exemption amount:
- The employee's annual salary (as indicated in Infotype Basic Pay (0008))
- A Shift Premium % (which is a % of the employee's annual salary) as indicated in Infotype 0361 (if applicable)
- An Additional Amount as indicated in Infotype 0361 (if applicable)
