If this indicator is set, the system will NOTperform retroactive calculations on pension contributions. It is only valid for Annual Percentage Contribution (APC) schemes.
Examples
If the indicator is NOT set, a retroactive salary increase initiates retroactive pension contribution calculations. If the basic pay has changed for an employee, the system will again look at the Basic Pay infotype (0008) for the employee on the salary date. The employee's pension conribution is then recalculated. In the case of a pay rise the extra contributions for the retroactive periods are brought forward and deducted in the current period. The salary date is still the evaluation date of the pension scheme. If a pay rise is implemented since the slary date, even if the flag is off, no increase in contributions will take place.
