Definition

In the handover process, you can define up to 5 customer-specific activities. If you set a Customer Activity indicator in Customizing, the system will trigger your customer-specific activity during handover.

Use

During handover, the indicators you set in the handover profile for the customer activities can be evaluated in the BAdI BADI_PHIN_HANDOVER and trigger customer-specific activities that you have implemented in the BAdI using method ADD_ACTIVITIES.

Hint: using transaction CMOD (menu Goto -> Text Enhancements -> Keywords), you can adapt the fields labels that are displayed in the Customizing view.
