Documentation
Definition
Determines that in this payroll period of the receiving payroll system no wage types are transferred from the sending payroll system.
Use
Set this indicator if the wage types from a period of the sending payroll can be transferred to several periods of the receiving payroll because the sending period is longer than the receiving periods. In this case, select one of the periods of the receiving payroll into which the wage types should be transferred. Set this indicator for the remaining periods of the receiving payroll.
Dependencies
You can only set this indicator when the fields period parameter, payroll year and payroll period of the sending payroll are empty.
Example
The sending payroll is performed monthly, the receiving payroll weekly. You could transfer the wage type from period 01 2002 of the sending payroll to periods 04, 05, 06 or 07 2002 of the receiving payroll. You decide to transfer the wage types to period 05. To do this, make the following entries in the view Assign period parameters for Payroll for global EE:
PayPer PayYear ... SendPayPe PayPer PayYear No sending
04 2002 ... x
05 2002 ... 01 01 2002
06 2002 ... x
07 2002 ... x
