Definition
The instance profile contains instance-specific parameter values and extends the global system profile DEFAULT.PFL.
For additional information about system profiles, refer to the System Administration documentation.
Use
Procedure
To use the default instance profile, when creating an instance, choose enter or the Default Settings button. The system proposes the default instance profile as the value for this field.
The default profile is created during the standard installation of the system. It must exist with this name if you want to use it.
If you want to use a different profile, choose Maintain Details.
