Documentation
Definition
Meaning:
This flag indicates whether the value of the parameter in question in the profile is valid, and is taken into account when generating a profile.
Possible values: 'X' or blank
A blank value causes the default value to be assumed for this parameter.
The default value depends on the computer and operating system types.
A value of 'X' causes these parameters to be considered when profiles are generated, they become part of the generated profile, and are available at start-up.
Default values are set so that at least minimum service is possible, without consideration of performance or functional optimization.
The default, and explicitly specified values of all profile parameters can be displayed in the profile maintenance transaction, action Utilities/Active values/Display.
