Definition

In this field, the employee can be assigned a personal profile which differs from the organizational profile specified by feature TRVCP. Personal profiles contain a special package of rules for complying with the travel policy of a company.

Use

Other than the organizational profile, it is used for individual assignment of one profile to one employee.

Procedure

It is maintained in infotype 470 'Personal Profile'.

Examples

Members of the board of directors, for example, are given special flight
rules (booking of first class only).

Dependencies

If the personal profile is not maintained, the organizational profile controlled by feature TRVCP is automatically applied. Then the employee's organizational assignment in the company is used as the basis for considering travel policy.
