Definition

The personnel number is the only unique key within a client for identifying the employee. It allows you to access the screens for display and maintenance of employee master data and working time data (infotypes).

Use

Leaving these fields blank would cause the report to run for the whole of the comany's staff. As the report is intended for test purposes, it is advisable to use the fields to select a small number of employees.

Use

Enter the personnel numbers which are to be deleted. The system selects all personnel numbers. If you have entered 'from' and 'to' personnel numbers, only those numbers within this range are selected.
