Use

In PD the Employee subgroup field allows you to differentiate between different types of employees within a group, for example, salaried versus wage earner, through a 2-character code.

Procedure

In CREATE mode, use this field to link a position with a subgroup. To do so either:

• type in the appropriate 2-character code, or
• retrieve a list of subgroup codes and make a selection by either:
  . pressing F4, or
  . clicking on the down arrow

In CHANGE mode use this field to enter a different code, using the methods outlined above.
