Definition
Determines the logic used in pegging. Two procedures are possible:
- Assignment using MRP logic: The pegs follow the current requirements planning situation. This means that the replenishment elements are assigned to the objects according to time.
- Fixing rule: In the assignment process, the system tries to assign objects from the previous pegging run where the requirement quantity for the material has not changed.
