Definition
Use
Enter the organizational unit you want to indicate as different from the employee's usual organizational unit. The system proposes all applicable organizational units.
Procedure
Examples
Your enterprise consists of the organizational units A, B and C. An employee from organizational unit A needs to be assigned to another organizational unit for a certain period of time. You can choose from organizational units B and C.
Dependencies
When you enter an organizational unit which differs from the employee's usual organizational unit, the system:
- Creates a substitution record in Time Management
- Displays just the fields corresponding to the jobs and/or positions assigned to the different organizational unit
The employee's pay remains the same.

Procedure
From the list of organizational units, choose the organizational unit that you want the system to take for the reduction of requirements for the current day and the current employee.
The list of organizational units contains only organizational units from your current selection of organizational units.
Dependencies
This alternative assignment to an organizational unit does not affect the employee's pay.
If you entered an alternative organizational unit in this field, then only the values that are assigned to this organizational unit appear in the display of cost centers, jobs and positions. If you did not enter an alternative organization unit, then only the cost centers, positions and jobs that are assigned to the employee's organizational unit in the reporting structure.
