Definition

Input parameter (percentage) for manually overriding the calculation of the maximum limit (Section 54 BeamtVG).

Use

In accordance with Section 14, Paragraph 3 BeamtVG, the pension is reduced by 3.6% for each year where the civil servant is transferred to retirement before reaching the retirement age.

If no entry is made, the pension pay reduction of the definitive pension payment is used as the maximum limit. In cases pursuant to Section 54, Para. 1 and 2 BeamtVG, the maximum pension pay reduction of the two pension payments is taken into consideration.
