Definition

Salary features at the end of a marriage or registered partnership govern the automatic calculation of an individual increase that occurs due to a salary adjustment with a base amount.

You can specify the pay scale features you want to use via pay scale type, pay scale area, pay scale group, and pay scale level.

If you do not make any entries, the system uses the pay scale information found on the PSc,End Marriage/Partnership tab page. If this information does not exist, the calculation is made with the pay scale information for basic pay from the date of the end of the marriage or registered partnership. If this information also does not exist, you are prompted to enter the missing pay scale information.

If you do not want to calculate the increase percentage, you can choose the No Ind. Increase checkbox or enter each increase percentage manually.
