This checkbox specifies that no further individual increase with regard to a base amount is taken into account when the payment is adjusted. An automatically calculated or manually entered percentage for a further individual increase is not applied when the reduction amount (Section 57 BeamtVG) or capital amount (Section 58, BeamtVG) is calculated.

As part of the adjustment of Federal German public sector salary groups 2008/2009 (BBVAnpg 2008/2009) on January 1, 2008, payments were increased by a base amount of EUR 50. In order to adjust the amount set by court dynamically, the percentage increase must be determined individually as a function of the total payments.
