Definition
This date refers to the pension equalization decision and thus the amount set by court. The binding from date and the effective from date are usually identical. As part of appeals proceedings pursuant to Section 10a VAHRG, this principle is not adhered to. Section 10a, Paragraph 7, Clause 1 states:
"The amendment takes effect on the first day of the month following the request."
