Definition
If you select this field, the provisions of Section 53, Clause 10 BeamtVG are taken into consideration. This is only possible for income that is not related to the Public Service.
Use
If the "Sec. 53 Para. 10" field is selected, the pension payments are equal to fifty percent of the amount by which they and the income exceed the maximum limit, provided that no minimum retention amount applies.
Dependencies
You can select this field only if the "Public Sector" checkbox is not selected.
