Reason for no minimum pension.
Use
This data element is used to save the reasons for excluding the minimum pension. These are reasons other than those in Sec. 15 Para. 4, for which there is a separate indicator. If the field is blank, the minimum pension is not excluded and the pension is increased to the minimum pension.
