You use this field to create a reference to a previous record of the Work Relationships infotype (0845).

Use

Each individual record of the Reimbursements infotype (0846) is based uniquely on an employment period in the form of a record of the Work Relationships infotype (0845). From the selection list, select the employment period for which you want to calculate the reimbursement.

From a technical point of view, this is represented by a unique two-digit number. This reference number is used to assign the reimbursement to the work relationship.
