Use
If one of the following conditions is met, a sec. 69d para. 4 calculation is not carried out:
- Pension entry due to work accident
- Pension entry is before December 31, 2000
- First appointment is after January 2, 2001
- Civil servant was born after January 1, 1942
Dependencies
When these conditions are evaluated, it is assumed that the civil servant is drawing a pension due to incapacity to work.
