Definition
In the past, legal rights to future pension payments were defined (as part of a pension equalization payment) at the expense of the person being insured (retroactively), with the result that contributions had to be paid by the federation to the spouse's pension insurance institution. The retroactive pension insurance amount is therefore to be reduced by this amount in accordance with the regulations in sec. 183 para. 2 SGB VI.
