Definition
You enter the employment period here that results from quotas. This entry must be made in months.
Use
In the case of multiple change of public sector employers and if there was no sharing of pension costs for a previous change of employer because the prerequisites of § 107b BeamtVG were not met, the employer who gave up the employee has no obligation to pay. The employment periods of the employer are then calculated proportionately (quotas), if there is a later renewed change of employer, for the employer who is liable to pay severance pay. The input field is used to enter the employment periods that are also to be taken into consideration.
This regulation applies if at least one change of employer occurred before the treaty came into effect. The quotas are calculated according to § 11 (change of employer without regular reimbursements according to § 107b BeamtVG), § 12 (another change of employer after the treaty has come into effect) or § 13 (quotas without reimbursement obligation according to § 107b BeamtVG) of the treaty.
