Definition
You can use this field to establish a reference for an already released severance payment to perform a retroactive calculation.
Use
Leave the Reference to Process field empty for the initial calculation. For a first retroactive calculation, select the reference to a preceding initial calculation for the severance pay process scenario. This is a must for using the transfer already made for the severance pay amount in the retroactive calculations to determine only the corresponding difference amounts as new transfer amounts or claim amounts. For additional retroactive calculations, you determine in each case the reference to the last retroactive calculation performed so that this field reflects the chronological order of the retroactive calculations.
Dependencies
To establish the reference, an already released severance pay process scenario must already exist with the same end of the employment period. For the assignment, only the process scenarios that can be considered appear in the listbox. These entries are determined by the following information: the calculation type, the release date, and the application reference number, which guarantees uniqueness in cases of doubt. Only process scenarios that are not referenced by another process scenario are shown.
